Characteristics of Ceramic and Usage Guidelines:  
Teapot & Teacups:  
Ceramics are primarily made of clay. Due to variations in kiln temperature and the composition of the clay, each item has its own unique appearance, characterized by its soft and warm texture. The firing methods, such as oxidation or reduction, differ for each product, resulting in variations even among items of the same design, which adds to the charm of ceramics. Ceramics are porous, and as you use them over time, their appearance may develop a patina (mainly fine cracks known as "crazing"). However, this will not affect their functionality, so you can continue using them as is.

Tea Trivet:  
Since natural wood (wild cherry) is used, each item will have a unique color and grain pattern. Please enjoy these variations as part of the natural material’s charm.

Product notes
・Since they are all made by hand, the size, color, and texture may vary.
・Rapid changes in temperature can cause damage.
・Due to the manufacturing process, the products may have glaze shading, sauce, pinholes, and uneven baking.

Also, there may be lines on the surface that look like cracks, but this is a glaze crack pattern called perforation which occurs during cooling after baking and is different from cracks and scratches during breakage. Please note that this is not a defective product.
