Hinoki Serving Tray

This is a natural and dynamic serving tray that highlights the raw beauty of the wood, including its "noda" (bark) accents. The deep and practical size of the tray inspires creativity.

By intentionally leaving the "noda" as a design feature, we have created a tray with rich character. It showcases the strength and natural expression of the wood.

 The tray is designed with low legs, subtly lifting the surface for a refined shape.  
It is perfect not only for sushi, but also for creative food presentations, home party appetizers, and even desserts.

 It can also be used as a display stand for showcasing items such as miscellaneous goods, ceramics, or glassware.

Notes 
- "Noda" refers to the bark part of the wood.  
- Each tray has unique noda patterns, wood grain, and color variations. (The noda section is stained.)  
- There may be slight variations in the depth of the tray.

[Cleaning method]
● Wood also needs moisture, so if it feels dry and rough, or if the surface feels whitish, please give it some oil.
Walnut oil works best, but olive oil works too.
After applying a small amount and blending it with your hands, wipe off any excess oil with a cloth.

[Precautions for handling]
●When washing, please use a neutral detergent and hand wash.
Avoid using the dishwasher. Please be careful not to rub too much with a scrubbing brush or sponge, etc. After washing, wipe off the water thoroughly and dry it.
●Do not soak in water for a long time or expose to direct sunlight.
●Do not sterilize by boiling. Cannot be used in a microwave oven.
