A coffee cup and saucer thoughtfully designed for those who truly enjoy the ritual of coffee. Crafted in Kyushu by Folk Design, the set features traditional techniques such as tobikanna and bold hand-brushed glazing, giving it the warm, textural character of Japanese mingei (folk craft).
The clean, straight-lined silhouette adds a quiet Scandinavian simplicity—balancing heritage with a modern, timeless form.
The cup and saucer also stack neatly, making them practical for daily use or for collecting multiple sets.

• Only underglaze porcelain is microwave/dishwasher safe.
• Overglaze decorations may contain metallic pigments that can react to heat or alkaline detergents.
• Dishwashers may cause abrasion due to water pressure or stacking.
Matte Glazes
• Matte surfaces may show metal marks from cutlery.
• Most marks can be removed with a pencil eraser or metal-mark remover.
Earthenware Care
• Some earthenware absorbs water. Avoid prolonged soaking.
• Lightly wet before use, wash promptly, and dry thoroughly before storage.
Variations from Photos
• Natural materials and handcrafting result in differences in color, minor iron spots, pinholes, or glaze flow.
• These are not defects and are considered part of the piece’s expression.
