HITOMAKI Gauze Muffler | KONTEX
A light and soft gauze muffler from Kontex, made in Imabari, Japan.
HITOMAKI is designed to be wrapped once around the neck with ease. Made from fine cotton and high-quality merino wool, it is thin, airy, and very lightweight — only around 37 g.
The fabric is soft and gentle against the skin, with a comfortable feel that works across seasons. In summer, it is useful for UV protection and air-conditioning chill. In cooler weather, the merino wool adds a light layer of warmth without feeling heavy.
The compact size makes it easy to keep in your bag and use whenever needed — for travel, daily walks, windy Swedish summer days, or simply as a soft accent around the neck.
