Embroidered Patch Postcard | Shiitake

€15,95

A small embroidered patch based on Shiitake, a 1974 artwork by Japanese artist Itsuo Kozasa.

The gentle, slightly drooping eyes give this unusual character a quiet and endearing expression, while the handwritten marks beside it remain a small mystery.

The patch comes attached to a postcard and can be used in two ways. Iron it onto a shirt, bag or other suitable fabric, or use the adhesive backing to decorate a notebook, phone case or other everyday object.

Part of KYO-TO-TO’s collaboration with Mizunoki Museum. A portion of the proceeds supports the preservation and archiving of works in the museum’s collection.
