The knife can be used for slicing a variety of soft foods in addition to cheese such as fruits, vegetables, deli meats and suasage. The Cheese knives by Azmaya are designed by Osamu Saruyama, and crafted by Japanese artisans Nousaku. Each knife made of a high-quality stainless steel blade. The brass will transform into a lovely deep patina due to oxidation but if preffered the original shine can be restored with a cloth designed for polishing metals.
