This flat tea scoop (*chagou*) is pressed from pure copper and finished with traditional tin plating. Crafted without artificial anti-oxidation coatings, its surface gently matures over time, developing a unique, graceful patina that deepens with daily use. Its minimal, ergonomic contour fits naturally in the hand, making it ideal for measuring Japanese green tea, black tea leaves, coffee beans, or spices.
