This pack contains two servings of straight-style, non-fried ramen noodles, along with sachets of powdered tonkotsu soup and seasoning oil flavoured with black garlic oil (made from charred garlic cloves); a specialty of Kumamoto prefecture. All you need are your favourite meat and vegetable toppings and you have a complete dinner for two!
Kumamoto is a region of Japan well-known for a number of uniquely delicious culinary delights. Black garlic is made by slowly roasting whole garlic cloves until they turn black in colour and take on an extra sweetness in flavour. These cloves can then be eaten as they are, or made into oils or sauces.
How To Use
To make this delicious ramen quickly and easily:
• Bring 450ml of water to the boil and add one bunch of ramen noodles. Cook for approx. 2.5 mins.
• Turn off the hob and add the soup and seasoning oil. Mix well.
• Transfer to a bowl and garnish with your favourite toppings such as pork, hard boiled egg and spring onion.
