You don't have to travel to the island of Kyushu in Japan to try the Hakata ward's umami-rich and creamy signature ramen. These instant ramen noodles are so tasty even Hakata locals would feel at home when slurping down a bowl, consisting of thin, straight-style noodles and a pork bone-style soup mix of soy sauce, miso, green onion and spices. Try adding traditional Hakata toppings such as sliced pork belly, sesame seeds and spring onions for the full ramen experience.
Dried ramen noodles are generally better quality than instant noodles and contain less additives to make them healthier for us too. These dried ramen are a great option for all your favourite ramen dishes.
How To Use
This dried ramen packet is quick and easy to prepare.
• Cook noodles in 450ml of boiling water and stir to separate the noodles. Cook for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
• Remove from hob and stir in soup mix.
• Serve in a ramen bowl and add spring onions, sesame seeds and red pickled ginger to taste.
