A set of vintage Japanese celadon plates with a soft green glaze and delicate openwork design. Each plate features a rooster motif among bamboo and plum blossoms—symbols of good fortune, resilience, and renewal in Japanese culture. Roosters are often associated with protection and vigilance, while plum blossoms signify perseverance and hope, making these plates not only functional but also auspicious in meaning.

The translucent glaze and fine detailing recall the aesthetics of Japanese seiji (celadon ware), a style inspired by Chinese traditions yet developed uniquely in Japan. Their compact size makes them ideal for serving sweets, pickles, or small side dishes, while also lovely simply displayed.

Designs are sent at random, making each plate one of a kind.
