About the Kakapo (Owl Parrot):
The kakapo is a nocturnal parrot native to New Zealand and classified as critically endangered.
It’s the world’s only flightless parrot, measuring around 60 cm and weighing 3–4 kg.
Its only means of movement is a charming, clumsy little waddle — and it’s not very fast.
