IRON HEALTH SEA BREAM
A little iron fish for the cooking pot.
Simply place it in water while boiling to release iron into the water, which can then be used for cooking. In Japan, iron pieces like this are also traditionally used when making black beans or pickles, helping to deepen their colour.
The sea bream shape makes this very practical kitchen tool a little more cheerful — and very Japanese.
