Low Table | TENDO MOKKO
This table was designed by Saburo Inui, a pioneering engineer who supported the early development of molded plywood at Tendo Mokko. The original form is based on a low table he designed in 1959.
It features a rational and elegant structure in which the legs, crafted using molded plywood technology, are directly connected to the tabletop. Instead of corners, the tabletop features gently flowing curves that extend seamlessly into the legs. These joints are flawlessly finished by the hands of master craftsmen with no visible gaps.
Weighing only 4.9 kg, the table is very lightweight and easy to move, allowing it to be used anywhere you like.
It pairs especially well with low seating, such as the low chair (S-5016NA-ST) or spoke chair (S-5027NA-ST), serving as an ideal side table.
