An Elongated House-Shaped Incense Burner for Stick & Match Incense
Designed in an extended architectural silhouette, this horizontal house incense burner allows stick incense up to 7.5 cm or match-style incense to lie flat inside. Fragrant smoke gently streams upward from the chimney, enveloping your space in calming scent for approximately 10 minutes. Burning incense horizontally prevents ash from scattering and ensures the stick burns cleanly and completely from end to end. When not in use, its sculptural form doubles as an understated tabletop object that develops an evolving patina over time.
Zero-Welding Precision Sheet Metal Craftsmanship
Part of the "Ori Series," each burner is crafted without welding through precision metal folding techniques by Noguchi Seisakusho in Ayase, Kanagawa Prefecture. Taking into account metal elasticity, dimensions are calculated and adjusted to 0.1 mm precision. The interlocking mechanism features a small protrusion on the body and a corresponding 1 mm square notch on the roof, closing together with a satisfying, airtight snap.

Important Usage & Safety Notes:

Burning Method: Remove the roof and lay the lit incense flat on top of the included flame-resistant felt mat inside the base. Replace the roof by aligning the notch until it clicks into place.

Long Sticks: For standard stick incense longer than 7.5 cm, gently snap the stick to fit the internal compartment before lighting.

Heat Warning: The metal body becomes hot during and immediately after burning. Allow the burner to cool before opening or handling.

Material Character: Untreated brass and copper will naturally oxidize and change color tone with exposure to air and handling, creating an authentic vintage patina over time.
